These are the following positions that exist within this role play. Those that are taken and unavailable will have the role player's username and character name located next to the title. Those that are available will have the description of the role italicized nearby. Some positions are available to multiple persons--those that do will have those who have taken up the position as well as the description nearby. 

R o y a l t y

King Father/Queen Mother to Current Queen: Kiba and Rayne PhoenixWulf. 

King: Episteros White (Episteros) 

Queen: Emma Leigh White (Limerence) 

Prince/Princess: Sons and daughters of the King and Queen. 

Regent: Bexy PhoenixWulf (BexyDawnNevera)

Duke: A nobleman; historically the highest rank below the reigning King/Queen. Reserved for members of the Royal Family. 

Dutchess: Bexy PhoenixWulf (BexyDawnNevera) | Circe White (Calypsio)

Royal Adviser to King/Queen: Tadala Manx (OwlFantasy) 

Advisers: Persons of deep knowledge in specific areas who mentor/guide the King/Queen. 

Marquess(a): Ranked below a Duke. Responsible for guarding border areas. Typically oldest son/daughter of Dukes/Dutchesses take on this role. 

Ambassador: Highest-ranking diplomats typically sent abroad to represent their country's interests. 

Lord/Lady Chamberlain: An officer of the royal household responsible for the Chamber, meaning that they control access to the person of the King/Queen. Also responsible for the household and private estates for the King/Queen. 

Aide-De-Camp: A personal assistant or secretary to a person of high rank.

High Priestess: A woman who leads a Coven/Wiccan ritual.Responsible for performing rituals/practicing magic for the Kingdom's needs as well as for the advancement of defense in the magical arts. 

High Priest: A man who leads a Coven/Wiccan ritual. Responsible for performing rituals/practicing magic for the Kingdom's needs as well as for the advancement of defense in the magical arts. Must be skilled in Advanced Magick, conflict resolution, and channeling/aspecting the Divine. 

Priest/Priestess of the Moon and Sun: Highly honored individuals who are in close connection with the Goddess Azura. Responsible for relaying orders and tasks asked of from the Goddess Azura. 

Oracle: Baxae Ethera Lael’Tyyr  (Amberellaxx)

Mages: Men/women trained in the basic arts of magic. These individuals work closely with the High Priest/Priestesses and Oracle. 

Necromancer: Mages who specialize in the conjuring of undead creatures. These individuals are only allowed to practice this magic in deep times of need (e.g. seeking out information during wars, etc.) and are also skilled in other magics. 

Alchemist: Men/women trained in the arts of potions/alchemy. Typically merchants who sell their potions, alchemy recipes, and ingredients. 

Enchanter: Men/women trained in the arts of enchantment. Typically these individuals work closely with blacksmiths to enchant weapons (thus giving them magical abilities, greater strength, etc.)

Master/Mistress Healer: Highly trained men/women with professional practice in the art of healing (via magic, herbs, alchemy, etc.). 

Healers: Assistants to Master/Mistress Healers practiced in the art of healing (via magic, herbs, alchemy, etc.). 

Physician: Men/Women qualified to practice medicine (a.k.a. doctors/surgeons). 

Nurse: Men/Women who advocate health promotion, educate patients on the prevention of illness and injury, and provide care and assistance for physicians, healers, herbalists, etc. 

Midwife: Women who provide advice, care, and support for women and their babies during pregnancy, labour, and the early postnatal period. 

Herbalist: An individual trained in a special area of medicine where one makes diagnosis and analyzes which areas of the body need addressing, and then choose a combination of herbs with specific instructions to remedy problems of patients. 

M i l i t a r y

Landsknect: A member of the infantry-- supporting foot soldiers trained in the use of long pikes and a few other weapons. 

Foot Solider: A member of the calvary who serves in an army; engaged in military service. 

Vintenar: Kaerin Naida (Meteoryte) 

Second in Command: Man/woman second in charge to the Vintenar. Like a modern day Vice President, this individual takes over if for any reason the Vintenar cannot fulfill his/her duty. 

Warriors/Knights: Top soldiers of the infantry/Calvary. 

Assassins: Highly skilled individuals in the art of stealth and quick kills. Paid greatly for their ability to get a kill done unnoticed when hired. Also hired for thievery and other jobs requiring one to go in and out in secret. 

Longbow-men/Crossbow-men/Archers: Members of the infantry trained in the use of the crossbow and/or bow & arrows. 

Lancers: Member of the Calvary trained in the use of lances on horseback. 

Personal Guard of King/Queen: Sage Norreghymn (Zaknatar) - Guardian of Emma

Men/Women trained in the defense of the King/Queen. These individuals are typically hired due to their lack of fear of death and undying devotion to the survival of the King/Queen. 

Royal Guards: Men/women who follow orders of the King/Queen and Personal Guard. Their job requires them to stand guard in the castle as well as the surrounding country to protect its citizens in their best interest. 

E d u c a t i o n  &  R e c o r d s  B a s e

Amanuensis of Literature & Academics: This individual is responsible for the copying of manuscripts/books/literature/academic discoveries. 

Scholar: Individuals focused on education and the growth of knowledge (consider modern day students). 

Scribe: Professional writer(s) and recorder(s) of information. 

Map Maker: Individuals trained in the art of map making. 

Royal Tutor: Individaul required to train and teach members of royalty in the area of education (e.g. writing, reading, math, science, history, battle training, etc.) 

O t h e r  H o u s e  J o b s

Ladys in Waiting: Women who is in attendance upon a queen or princess. 

Courtier/Courtesan: Men/women typically in constant presence at court. 

Steward: A servant who supervises both the lord's/lady's estate and his/her household. 

Bard: A minstrel or poet who glorifed the virtues of the people and his chieftains. 

Jester: A professional fool or clown at medieval court. 

Carriage/Stable Boy/Girl: Young boy/girl responsible for the care of the horses/stable animals as well as the prep for the carriage when necessary. 

Barmaid: This individual is required to mix and serve drinks for the royals. 

Chambermaid(s): Maids, housekeepers, etc. responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the castle. 

 

Personal Maid(s):  Olive D'artigo (MeraVixen) || Personal Maid to the Queen

Leader of chambermaids. Responsible for personal care of the King/Queen as well as keeping chambermaids on task.

Cook: Men/women responsible for the coordination of meals for the royal court. 

Gatherer(s): Men/women responsible for the daily retrieval of herbs and ingredients for the cook. 

Hunter(s): Men/women responsible for the daily catch of fresh/wild game for the cook.
